Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We offer two types of fulfillment depending on product availability:

1. Items Available in the United States

  • Ships within: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (within the U.S.)

2. Items Not Available in the United States

  • Ships within: 7–10 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

These items are fulfilled through our trusted global partner warehouses to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has shipped. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high demand periods.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist with investigation if needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed.
