Returns (Non-Food Items)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible non-food items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Food & Beverage Items (Final Sale)
Due to health, safety, and quality control reasons, all food, beverage, and perishable items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.
Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Fulfillment Notice
We fulfill orders through both U.S. and international warehouses depending on product availability.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist with investigation if needed, but we are not responsible for packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first for any issues with their order. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
